Ingredients

Scale

Crust and Toppings

  • 20 Golden Vanilla Oreos
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon softened Cool Whip (for topping)
  • Strawberry slices (optional, for garnish)

Pudding Layer

  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) Instant Jell-o Cheesecake Pudding mix
  • 4 cups whole cold milk
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Serving Supplies

  • 810 plastic cups or jars (4 ounces each)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos and Freeze-Dried Strawberries: Pulse the Golden Vanilla Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries together in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. Alternatively, place them in a large ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin until finely ground. This mixture will create the crunchy base and topping layers for the pudding cups.
  2. Prepare Cheesecake Pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the two packages of Instant Jell-o Cheesecake Pudding mix with 4 cups of cold whole milk. Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Fold in the fresh diced strawberries gently to incorporate fruit throughout the pudding.
  3. Assemble Layers in Cups: Place a spoonful of the Oreo and freeze-dried strawberry crumbs at the bottom of each plastic cup or jar. Add a layer of the prepared cheesecake pudding mixture on top. Repeat with another layer of Oreo crumbs followed by another layer of pudding. Chill the assembled cups in the refrigerator to allow the pudding to set and the flavors to meld.
  4. Add Final Toppings and Serve: Just before serving, add a generous tablespoon of softened Cool Whip or whipped cream on top of each pudding cup. Garnish with additional Oreo-strawberry crumbs and a fresh strawberry slice if desired for a decorative and flavorful finish.

Notes

  • You can substitute freeze-dried strawberries with finely chopped dehydrated strawberries if unavailable.
  • For a lighter version, use low-fat milk and whipped topping instead of whole milk and Cool Whip.
  • Ensure milk is cold for the pudding to set properly and quickly.
  • These pudding cups can be prepared a few hours ahead, but add whipped cream topping just before serving to retain texture.
  • Plastic cups or glass jars both work well for assembling and serving these pudding cups.
