Instructions

  3. Combine wet and dry: Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the loaf tender.
  4. Prepare the loaf pan: Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray and lightly dust with flour to prevent sticking.
