Sweet Roll Dough
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- ½ cup warm milk

Filling
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened (optional, for brushing)
- Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. Add melted butter, eggs, sugar, salt, and flour gradually. Knead until a soft, elastic dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1 to 1 ½ hours until doubled in size.
- Roll Out Dough: Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle approximately 16×12 inches.
