Ramen Noodles
- 4 packets ramen noodles, discard flavor packets
Tomato Sauce
- 4 cups tomato sauce, divided
Cheeses
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch casserole dish with baking spray to prevent sticking and place it on a baking tray for easy handling.
- Prepare the ramen noodles: Take each square block of ramen noodles and carefully break it in half lengthwise to create smaller pieces for layering.
- Assemble the first layer: Arrange one layer of the broken ramen noodle pieces at the bottom of the casserole dish evenly. Spread 2 cups of tomato sauce over the noodles, then sprinkle 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Assemble the second layer: Repeat the layering process by adding the remaining ramen noodles on top of the first layer, followed by the remaining tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the lasagna: Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the tomato sauce is bubbling and the cheese has melted and started to turn golden.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Serve immediately and enjoy your ramen lasagna.
Notes
- You can add cooked ground meat or vegetables in the layers for extra flavor and nutrition.
- Use fresh tomato sauce or your favorite marinara sauce for a more authentic taste.
- Breaking the ramen noodles helps them cook evenly and fit better in the pan.
- Let the dish rest for 5 minutes after baking for easier slicing and serving.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
