Instructions

  1. Activate Yeast: Pour the very warm water into a kitchen mixer bowl. Add the yeast and sugar and let sit for 10 minutes until frothy, indicating the yeast is active.
  2. Make Dough: Attach the dough hook to the mixer. Turn it on low and slowly add the flour and salt while mixing. Add the olive oil and continue mixing until the dough forms a smooth ball.
