Golden Grahams S’Mores Bars are a delightful treat combining the classic flavors of marshmallows, milk chocolate, and crispy Golden Grahams cereal. These no-bake bars are easy to make, with melted marshmallow and chocolate binding the cereal into a sticky, sweet snack perfect for parties, dessert, or an anytime indulgence.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan. Butter or grease a 9×13 inch baking pan thoroughly to prevent sticking of the bars.
  2. Melt the marshmallow mixture. In a large saucepan, combine 5 cups mini marshmallows, 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, 5 tablespoons butter, and 1/4 cup corn syrup. Warm over low heat, stirring gently with a rubber spatula, until everything is melted and smoothly combined.
  3. Mix in cereal and marshmallows. Remove the saucepan from heat onto a heat-proof surface. Immediately stir in 7 cups Golden Grahams and the remaining 1 cup mini marshmallows until well coated. The mixture will be very sticky.
  4. Press into pan. Spoon the sticky batter into the prepared pan and flatten evenly using the back of a spatula. Lightly greasing the spatula can help prevent sticking.
  5. Set and cut. Allow the mixture to harden at room temperature for about 60 minutes. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
