Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh kale leaves, chopped
- 1 medium green apple, cored and sliced
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 lemon, peeled and seeds removed
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash all produce thoroughly to remove any dirt or residues. Chop the kale leaves, slice the apple and cucumber, peel the lemon half, and prepare the fresh ginger by peeling.
