4.5 from 52 reviews

A simple and delicious Chicken Caesar Wrap featuring tender cooked chicken, fresh romaine lettuce, and creamy Caesar dressing all wrapped in a soft flatbread for a perfect quick lunch or dinner option.

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Caesar Wrap

  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 4 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 4 large wraps or tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  2. Assemble the Wrap: Lay out the wraps flat on a clean surface. Place one lettuce leaf on each wrap. Spread 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing over the lettuce. Add sliced chicken evenly on top of the dressed lettuce.
  3. Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Slice each wrap in half if desired and serve immediately for a fresh and satisfying meal.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, grill the chicken instead of pan-frying.
  • Add parmesan cheese or croutons inside the wrap for extra crunch.
  • You can substitute romaine with spinach or mixed greens.
  • Use whole wheat wraps for added fiber and nutrients.
  • Chill the wraps before serving if preferred cold.
