Chicken
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Caesar Wrap
- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- 4 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 4 large wraps or tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Assemble the Wrap: Lay out the wraps flat on a clean surface. Place one lettuce leaf on each wrap. Spread 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing over the lettuce. Add sliced chicken evenly on top of the dressed lettuce.
- Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Slice each wrap in half if desired and serve immediately for a fresh and satisfying meal.
Notes
- For extra flavor, grill the chicken instead of pan-frying.
- Add parmesan cheese or croutons inside the wrap for extra crunch.
- You can substitute romaine with spinach or mixed greens.
- Use whole wheat wraps for added fiber and nutrients.
- Chill the wraps before serving if preferred cold.
