Instructions

  1. Prepare Cake Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, beat sugar and softened butter until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined.
