Filling
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Fresh basil leaves, about 10–12

- Prepare the Puff Pastry: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smoothen and slightly enlarge it. Transfer the sheet onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Assemble the Caprese Topping: Arrange the sliced mozzarella evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges to allow the pastry to puff up. Add the tomato slices on top of the mozzarella, then tuck fresh basil leaves between the tomatoes.
